Training was held for representatives of companies, engaged in production of food, in Samarkand and Samarkand region. They represented such sectors as flour production, production of breads, processing dairy and meet products, poultry products, fat and oil goods, etc.

Director of CERT International Ildar Ineleev conducted the training and explained the participants about experience on introduction of ISO 22000 and other standards to food industry.

The event was organized due to high demand for ecologic clean and natural food products of Uzbekistan in the global market.

At the event, the participants considered such issues as Prerequisite Programme, Working Prerequisite Programme, as well as analysis of danger at critique control points. At the end, the tests were conducted and certificates were issued to participants.
