Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The detained businessman Salim Abduvaliev, known as “Salimbay”, was detained as a preventive measure.

According to Doniyor Tashkhodjaev, a criminal case has been opened against Salim Abduvaliev under Part 2 of Article 248 of the Criminal Code of Uzbekistan (production, repair, acquisition, storage, carrying, transportation, shipment, use of firearms, ammunition, main parts of firearms, as well as development, production, acquisition, storage, transportation, use of explosives, means of blasting or explosive devices without the appropriate licenses or permits, committed repeatedly or by a dangerous repeat offender - is punishable by imprisonment from 5 to 10 years).
