Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  Salaries for employees in the cultural sector in Uzbekistan will be increased as outlined in a presidential decree.

Starting from 1 January 2025, the wages of employees in state cultural institutions and organizations will rise by 20%, followed by an additional 15% increase on 1 July 2025.

Furthermore, a performance evaluation system based on key performance indicators (KPI) will be introduced in state cultural institutions and organizations.
