Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Saida Mirziyoyev, daughter of Uzbekistan’s President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, appointed as deputy director of the Agency for Information and Mass Communications (AIMC) under the Presidential Administration. This was reported by the press service of the agency.
According to the agency, on 12 April, at the extended meeting of the board of the agency, the new leadership of AIMC was presented.
Saida Mirziyoyev will coordinate the activities of the PR-center responsible for promoting the image of Uzbekistan abroad. She will also be responsible for the work of the agency with the press services of state bodies.
Acting director of the Agency is Komil Allamjanov, the first deputy director — Avazbek Khodjimetov, and the deputy director — Gayrat Bozorov.
