Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- RVC, together with the National Agency for Project Management under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (NAPU), is launching a project to search for promising Russian technological projects for simplified implementation in the infrastructure of Uzbekistan. This was reported by the State Fund for Funds Institute for Development of the Russian Federation.
Under the project, Russian technology companies will have the opportunity to offer their developments to experts from NAPU, the state authorized body in the field of implementation and development of the digital economy, responsible for project interagency work in the field of innovation and the development of integrated infrastructure projects in Uzbekistan.
RVC invites Russian technology companies interested in expanding their presence and introducing promising innovative solutions in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The jury will consider projects in the following industry areas:
- Energy and energy-efficient technologies.
- Digital agriculture, eco-farming and food production.
- Ecology, waste recycling, resource saving.
- Digital technologies for smart cities, social services and utilities.
- Medical technology and equipment.
- Services and services based on distributed registry technologies.
- Telecommunications, cellular and satellite communications, digital services for the public.

Cooperation with NAPU will allow providing small and medium-sized technology companies with ready-made market solutions with simplified access to customers in Uzbekistan. In the context of the active growth of the digital technology market in the CIS countries, additional niches are opening up for Russian entrepreneurs to implement their innovative projects.”
The most promising projects of NAPU will offer priority consideration of the conditions for the implementation of the Proof of Concept (PoC) stage at the infrastructure facilities of Uzbekistan, GR and PR support, assistance in hiring employees for the duration of the pilot project or the PoC stage, as well as registration of the company’s representative office in the International High-Tech Innovation Center “Delta city”, which provides for tax benefits and preferences.
For pre-selected Russian companies, with the assistance of RVC and NAPU, individual meetings will be organized with interested partners and customers representing leading industry corporations and companies of the Republic of Uzbekistan to discuss possible models of cooperation and commercialization of proposed projects.
