Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Rustam Yusupov has been appointed Deputy Minister of Mining Industry and Geology, according to the ministry’s press service citing a presidential decree.

During a meeting chaired by Minister Bobir Islamov, the successful implementation of major projects and significant achievements in the industry were highlighted. At the same time, emphasis was placed on the importance of training qualified personnel, studying advanced international experience, and ensuring effective human resource management.

Rustam Yusupov replaces Azam Alisherovich Kadirkhodjayev, who, according to a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, has been appointed Rector of the University of Geological Sciences.
