Rustam Kasimdzhanov to play against Viswanathan Anand
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan Chess Federation and Fund Forum will organize a friendly match between current World Chess Champion Viswanathan Anand and world number 17 Rustam Kasimdzhanov from Uzbekistan in Tashkent on 27 March.

The match will consists of four parties on rapid match system. The time control set at 25 minutes with additional 10 seconds per move.

Both grandmasters will hold training matches against the strongest youth of Uzbekistan at the National Chess Club on 28-29 March.

Viswanathan Anand was born in 1969 in Madras, India. He held the FIDE World Chess Championship from 2000 to 2002, at a time when the world title was split. He became the undisputed World Champion in 2007 and defended his title against Vladimir Kramnik in 2008.

Rustam Kasimdzhanov was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in 1979. He won the FIDE World Chess Championship 2004 and the 2010 Asian Games.
