The concert will be held in participation of Symphonic Orchestra of Musical-Theatric Studio of the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan. Fund Forum said that 50% of tickets will be distributed among talented youth.

The concert organizers are Fund Forum and Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.

It is expected that opera soloists Edem Umerov, Anna Aglatova, Dmitriy Voropayev and Yekaterina Sergeeva will participate at the concert. Russian director Sergey Polyanichko will direct the concert.

The Russian opera soloists will present works of Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov, Sergei Rachmaninoff, Alexander Borodin, Giuseppe Verdi, Georges Bizet, Jacques Offenbach and others.
