Technologies 22/08/2007 Russian I-Teco opens office in Uzbekistan
The leading Russian supplier of complex IT solutions and consulting, I-Teco, opened its office in Tashkent. The office will be headed by Ulugbek Tagaliev, press release of company said.

The decision to open an office in Uzbekistan was made by the company after detailed market research and analysis. The country’s dynamically developing economy and a number of government decisions in support of the informatisation of the society and integration of information and communication technology, as well as the decreasing tax burden on IT companies have created favourable preconditions for rapid development of IT sector.

I-Teco Tashkent will be tasked to develop I-Teco’s activity on the territory of Uzbekistan, introduce the company’s products and solutions to the potential customers, and promote them in the Uzbek market.

"We see high potential in the market of Uzbekistan," Tagaliev said. "IT-technologies are developing rapidly in Uzbekistan, which is assisted by stable political situation, increasing living standards, developing banking system. Large companies and state institutions of Uzbekistan are integrating electronic document circulation, ERP, CRM-systems. We also observe companies of medium size follow the example of large corporations and try to make the maximum use of the advantages of IT-technology. I-Teco, which has a years-long experience in IT consulting, is prepared to offer ready solutions for medium-sized and large companies in Uzbekistan."

The new office in Tashkent will not only expand the geography of the company’s activity, it will also once again confirm the company’s commitment to deliver high quality products and services to its clients in the Uzbek IT market.
