Russian firm to reconstruct cooling towers of Uzbek thermoelectric power station
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Scientific production association IRVIK (Russia) will reconstruct cooling towers of Novo-Angren thermoelectric power station, located in Tashkent region of Uzbekistan.

The Russian company said it signed an agreement with Uzbekenergo on the results of the tender, which was held in autumn 2009.

IRVIK will reconstruct cooling towers No. 1 and No. 3 of the station with irrigation area of 7,100 square meters each.

The Russian firm said it will change irrigation blocks at FK-19, blocks on water catching at IK-100 and water distribution system. The agreement includes supply of agreement and assembly works.
