The edition said that Uzbekistan increased exports of apricots three times to Russia in June compared to the same month of 2012.
Uzbekistan became the main supplier of apricots to Russia, bypassing its main competitors Turkey and Armenia.
The report said that Turkey decreased apricots supplies in June by 38%, while Armenia increase apricot supplies by 54%.
Among the largest apricot suppliers of Russia in 2013 were also Greece, Spain, Moldavia, Poland and China.
