Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Uzbekistan’s Ruslan Nurudinov won three gold medals in the weight category up to 109 kg of the World Weightlift Championship in Columbia.
Nurudinov won awards of the highest standard in all 3 directions, lifting 177 kg in the snatch, 220 kg in the clean and jerk, and in the sum of two exercises, showing a result of 397 kg. This is the second championship title of Nurudinov. The Uzbek athlete managed to outrun the nearest pursuer by 8 kg.
