Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received newly-appointed Moldavian envoy on 30 August 2016.

Ambassador Ruslan Bolbocean handed over credentials, addressed to the President of Uzbekistan, to the Uzbek Foreign Minister.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, the sides considered issues of developing of relations between Uzbekistan and Moldovia in bilateral formats and within international organizations.

The sides called for intensifying dialogue in various fields, including through joint activities, the establishment of direct contacts between the business circles of the two countries.

The sides also exchanged opinion on international and regional issues.
