Roman Barannikov was born on 3 December 1973. He received first higher education at the Technical University, graduated from Bauman Moscow State technical University in 1997. Then continued his education in the direction of the economy and finance, defended the dissertation of candidate of economic sciences in the All-Russian correspondence financial and economic Institute in 2003. In 2009, he received the ACCA Diploma in the International Financial Reporting - DipIFR.

Roman has more than 17 years of experience in the financial field. Started his career in banking, he worked in BDO Unicon - the large international Association of accounting and consulting companies.

In 2004 he decided to continue his career in the telecommunications business as the Head of Financial Analytical Department of one of the leading operators of Russia JSC "Central Telegraph". In 2007 Roman was appointed to the position of CFO one of the largest satellite operators "Orion Express". In the area of his responsibility was the management of all financial processes of the company and participate in strategic business development.

On 9 December 2014, Roman Barannikov became the head of Financial Department of Beeline in Uzbekistan.
