Rocket Falcon 9 launched to the ISS

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Falcon 9 rocket with two NASA astronauts aboard Crew Dragon spacecraft was launched to the International Space Station (ISS). The link to broadcast the launch is published in the official NASA account on the social network Twitter.

On board are NASA astronauts Bob Benken and Doug Hurley. Their ship should dock to the ISS on Sunday, 31 May. At the same time, the date of the return of astronauts to Earth is not yet known.

The start of Crew Dragon was watched by US President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence.

This is the second attempt to start - it was originally scheduled for 27 May. However, it had to be canceled due to bad weather. It is worth noting that this is the first manned flight of the States since 2011, as well as the first space flight of a private company with people on board.
