Rishod Sobirov wins silver medal at Abu-Dhabi Grand Prix

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Two time world champion and bronze medal winner of Olympic Games Rishod Sobirov won a silver medal of international judo tournament Abu-Dhabi Grand Prix (UAE).

Rishod Sobirov claimed a silver medal in weight category of 66 kg. Earlier, Rishod Sobirov participated at the competitions in weight category of 60 kg.

During the tournament, Rishod Sobirov defeated Russia’s Alim Gadanov and Japan’s Masashi Kodera. In the final, he lost to Azerbaijan’s Nidjat Shikhalizade.
