Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 24 October, as part of ICTWEEK Uzbekistan - 2022, Minister of ICT Sherzod Shermatov held a meeting with representatives of the American company Effika Corp.

During the meeting, issues of BPO development in Uzbekistan were discussed.

As part of the negotiations, a memorandum was signed between a resident of the Revotech IT park and the American company Effika Corp on the provision of outsourcing services in the insurance sector for 2023, in the amount of US$20 million.

It should be noted that this insurance activity is a new direction for the BPO industry in Uzbekistan.
