Dori Darmon said that it is working with all local pharmaceutical enterprises and over 100 foreign producers. The company is only supplier of drug and psychotropic medicaments, which requires significant expenses for storage and transportation.

In order to support local producers and implement governmental programmes on import replacement, Dori Darmon participates at Republican Cooperation Exchange. Within the exchange, the company purchased pharmaceutical products for 20.9 billion in 2011 and 29.4 billion soums in 2012 (+40.67%). The company bought medical products for 5.454 billion soums from local producers (+1.19%).

The company said that regularly it has over 2,500 types of medical products on affordable prices, which allows to increase sales annually. It said that the wholesales of the company made up 254.29 billion soums in 2011 and 288.22 billion soums in 2012 respectively (+13.6%) and retail sales – 106.13 billion soums and 125.31 billion soums respectively (+18.1%).

Dori Darmon and its branches deliver medicaments to medical establishments of Ministry of Healthcare. In 2012, they delivered medical products for 21.1 billion soums.

The company supplies medicaments to treat social important diseases under tender contracts with Health Ministry of Uzbekistan. The company said that it delivered medicaments to health establishments for US$7.095 million in 2010 and US$4.641 million in 2011.

Dori Darmon said that it is completing construction of modern pharmaceutical warehouses with GDP standards with the total area of 6,500 square meters in Tashkent and 4,000 square meters at Gulisltan Logistic Center.

The company also rendered humanitarian aid for 1.17 billion soums in 2012, of which 891.99 million soums were allocated to social establishments, 120.03 million soums to sport federation, 100.67 million soums to World War II veterans, etc.

Currently, the company employs 3,555 workers. Dori Darmon has eight joint stock companies, 10 subsidiaries, 15 warehouses and 15 labs, as well as 1,255 drugstores in all regions of Uzbekistan. At the same time, about 73% of them are in rural areas.

The company also bought ISUZU vans to create mobile drug stores. In 2012, these mobile drug stores realized medical products for 1.428 billion soums to population.
