Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Ministry of Culture and Tourism is organizing a visit of 14 representatives of international media to Uzbekistan from 12 to 19 May this year. The visit is being implemented in cooperation with Sophie Ibbotson, Ambassador of Uzbekistan’s tourism brand in the UK.

The purpose of the visit is to widely promote the cultural and tourism potential of our country in Canada, Singapore, Portugal, Great Britain, Israel, Malaysia, Pakistan, India, Turkey, Qatar, as well as increase the flow of tourists to Uzbekistan from these countries.

During the visit, the tourism potential of our country will be promoted through articles and media content of various kinds, which do not repeat each other in terms of topics.

It should be noted that representatives of world-famous publications operate in magazines and on websites such as Al Jazeera, Deccan Herald, Anadolu Agency, Al Mustakillah TV, EuroNews, Architectural Digest, TRT World, Viajes Comigo, TVS, Citizen Femme, Pakistan Observer, Asian Geographic, Bokra.

For information, during the trip, press tours will be organized for media representatives to sights, historical monuments, national markets and tourist areas of Samarkand, Bukhara regions and the city of Tashkent.
