Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The management of Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Combine (AGMK) met with representatives of KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH from Germany.

After a conversation about modernizing the material and technical base of the plant, strengthening production potential, creating conditions for increasing production volumes and sales of products, the management of AGMK and representatives of the bank visited the facilities of the Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Combine.

They observed the open-pit mining of copper-molybdenum ores at the Kalmakyr mine.
