Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Underground repair works have been completed in Yunusabad district of Tashkent to address an accident caused by a water pipeline rupture during the night. This was stated by the press service of the city administration.

According to the statement, the accident resulted in damage to 2300 square meters of asphalt and flooding of streets.

Grand Road Tashkent has undertaken the restoration of the asphalt pavement, which is expected to take three days.

The water situation in the flooded yards has been normalized; however, there are still damp areas in the basements of multi-story buildings, preventing electricity from being connected at this time.
