Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Experts from the Institute of Macroeconomic and Regional Studies under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (IMRS) analyzed the average rental prices for housing in Tashkent for December 2024.
During this period, the average rental rates for apartments with basic renovation decreased by 0.9% compared to November, while the rental prices for fully renovated apartments increased by 0.7%.

In December 2024, the average rental price for one-room apartments with basic renovation decreased by 0.7%, two-room apartments by 0.4%, three-room apartments by 1.3%, and four-room apartments by 0.8% compared to November.

Methodology
The analysis of rental prices was conducted using data collected through web scraping from the platform olx.uz. A total of 38,100 listings were analyzed for November and 35,100 for December 2024. In both cases, the top and bottom 5% of listings were excluded from the dataset to eliminate outliers with abnormally high or low prices.
