Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Government Resolution approved the regulations for the provision of public services for the certification of crop seeds in the Inspectorate for Supervision of the Agro-Industrial Complex under the Cabinet of Ministers.

In accordance with the regulations, in order to certify seeds, it is necessary to apply to the centers of public services or to the Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services (my.gov.uz), and an application is also submitted to the Uzagroprominspektsiya.

For certification, depending on the type of seeds, a fee is charged from 7 to 20 sizes of basic estimated value (from 2.1 million soums to 6 million soums).

"Uzagroprominspektsiya" after reviewing the test report and the results of the analysis, as well as the documentation, issues a certificate of product conformity or refuses to issue it.

The term for issuing the certificate should not exceed 3 working days after the submission of all documents and completion of the tests.

In addition, the Resolution approved the following procedures:

methodical analysis of cotton seeds and evaluation of varietal purity in the soil;

methodical analysis of seeds of grain crops and assessment of varietal purity in the soil;

certification of processing of seeds, legumes, oilseeds and other grain crops.
