Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – On 3 June, on World Running Day, registration for the charity online race is open. All proceeds will be used to support one of the boarding schools in Uzbekistan and to purchase stationery and art sets for children with ASD.

Anyone can take part in the online race until the end of the summer of 2020. To do this, choose one of three distances, register on the Samarkand Half Marathon website and pay for your participation. To do this, just download the GPS track from any fitness application on the site of the half marathon. All runners will receive a 2019 Samarkand Half Marathon Commemorative Medal.

The main goal of Samarkand Half Marathon is to draw public attention to the problem of accessibility and inclusion of cultural and art objects in Uzbekistan. In addition, each run of the project is essentially a mass charity event with a specific task.
