Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On approval of the regulation on the procedure for improving the qualifications of registrars of rights to real estate and conducting their certification" was adopted.

In accordance with the Regulation:

advanced training of registrars of rights to real estate is carried out at the Center for Retraining and Advanced Training of the Tashkent College of Geodesy and Cartography;

advanced training is carried out at least once every 3 years;

based on the results of advanced training, test tests are carried out. With a set of 56 points and above, the registrar is awarded the appropriate certificate;

in case of a shortage of points, they are temporarily suspended from performing the function of state registration of rights to real estate (until re-training and successful passing of tests);

in case of repeated unsuccessful passing of tests, registrars are transferred to another job within a month.
