The festival is organized by Public Youth Movement “Kamolot” and Ministry of Public Education of Uzbekistan.

The district stages of the festival will last till 8 November. Over 36,000 applications were submitted to the festival.

The festival is directed at revealing talented children and supporting them to demonstrate their skills. The festival is open for children at the age from 6 to 14.

The festival will be held in such directions as music, songs, dances, fine and applied art, literature, etc. The winners of each stage will receive certificates and prizes from the organizers.
