The organization said that the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan issued a certificate of state registration to the Association of Realtors Organizations on 30 May 2012.

Yoqubjon Iskhakov is executive director of Association of Realtors Organizations, Sion Group said.

Yoqubjon Iskhakov said that Association of Realtors Organizations was founded as union of legal entities and it is non-commercial organization.

Association of Realtors Organizations will accept only realtor organizations, which operate in Uzbekistan in line with local legislation.

He said that Supervisory Council of Association of Realtors Organizations will adopt decision on accepting new members. If the council approves membership, the company should pay entrance fee within seven days.

The entrance fee is approved by Supervisory Council twice a year. The Supervisory Council set the entrance fee at four size of minimal salary, set in Uzbekistan, he said.

The membership fees are paid each quarter and it is equal to two size of minimal salary a month, he said.

He said that the Association is planning to organize the first conference of realtors of Uzbekistan to discuss perspective plans of the association’s activities.

According to the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan, as of 1 April 2012 total number of licensed realtors makes up 679 and realtor organizations – 107.
