Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers amended and supplemented some decisions of the government of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding the public service for providing information about the history of real estate, Norma reports.

The document approves the regulations for the provision of public services for the provision of information about the history of real estate.

To receive public services, a person can apply in one of the following ways:

by visiting the Public Services Centes;

through my.gov.uz;

through the site davreestr.uz.

In this case, it is necessary to fill out a questionnaire, including indicating the cadastral number of the property, as well as pay 0.5 size of the basic estimated value.

Results are provided within 3 working days.

The help reflects:

current and previous rights to real estate (information about the years of construction and changes in the quadrature of the area);

date of state registration;

type of title document, authority and date of issue.
