During the joint session, the participants will consider over 15 issues. The participants will discuss execution of the strategy of cooperation in the CIS area and development of information society and action plan of its realization till 2015, as well as changes to the strategy.

The participants also will discuss work of main organization of the CIS in the sphere of ICT, results of implementation of regional initiatives in the CIS states, rules of determining tariffs for use of electronic signature, etc.

The session will be held within the Week of Information-Communication Technologies “InfoCom-2014), which will be held in Tashkent on 23-27 September.

The week includes several events, including ICTExpo, software exhibition BestSoft Uzbekistan, National ICT Summit, Internet Festival, and others.
