Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On the fourth day of the Tashkent International Film Festival, a creative meeting was held with the famous Russian actress Ravshana Kurkova.
“I was born in Tashkent, and lived here until I was 17,” Ravshana Kurkova emphasized. She noted that precisely because her childhood and youth years were spent in Uzbekistan, she follows all the events taking place in the country, and the Tashkent International Film Festival is a large-scale and high-profile event.
“This is a landmark festival for Uzbekistan. It provides a unique opportunity to see the world cinema culture. The fact that the festival is developing is a sign that the President of Uzbekistan pays great attention to cinema. It is also a great opportunity for young people to learn something, to master something new,” said Ravshana Kurkova.
