Referee of Uzbekistan Ravshan Irmatov has been appointed as referee to the quarterfinals match between Argentina and Germany. The match will be held in Cape Town on 3 July.

Uzbekistan’s Rafael Ilyasov and Kyrgyzstan’s Bakhodir Kochkarov will assist the Best Asian Referee of last two years.

Ravshan Irmatov officiated three matches in Group stage of the World Cup and showed eight yellow cards. He also worked as referee in the match of Argentina and Greece. Argentina won that match with the score 2-0.
