Ravshan Irmatov receives gold medal from FIFA
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- FIFA handed over golden medal of the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil for excellent refereeing to the brigade of Ravshan Irmatov, FIFA assistant referee Bakhodir Kochkarov, who assists Uzbek referee, said.

Bakhodir Kocharov said that Irmatov’s team received a medal for excellent refereeing along with some other referees, who officiated the World Cup matches.

Ravshan Irmatov officiated four matches at the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil and set new record on number of matches, officiated at the World Cups. Abduhamidullo Rasulov and Bakhodir Kocharov were assistants of Irmatov at the tournament.

Ravshan Irmatov became the first referee in history of football, who officiated nine matches at the FIFA World Cups.

Ravshan Irmatov worked at five matches of the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa, which was his debut tournament.
