New rate of the single social payment was set in line with resolution of the President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov “On forecast of main macroeconomic figures and parameters of State Budget of Uzbekistan for 2015”.

The single social payment for microfirms and small enterprises, as well as farms was decreased from 25% to 15%.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare of Uzbekistan said that this step will allow legalize work place and strengthen social protection of employees.

At the same time, the Government of Uzbekistan kept the level of single social payment for other tax payers at 25% level.
