Currently, the enterprise updated four rotating furnaces and installed new modern transformers. The Uzbek cement producer spent 650 million soums to modernization of the first furnace and recuperator refrigerators.

In the result of modernization of each oven, Quvasaycement’s capacity grew by almost 10%.

Besides, the plant commissioned mill, which can annually produce 300,000 tonnes of raw sludge. In the result, daily production of half-finished product reached 4.5 tonnes. The modernization allowed to receive 29 tonnes of clinker per hour.

Quvasaycement delivers its products to Uzbekistan and exports to Kyrgyz Republic, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan. The company will export products for US$8 million this year.
