Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Government Resolution approved the “Administrative Regulations for the provision of public services for professional certification of teaching staff in state educational institutions.”

Accordingly, applicants with higher education, employed for the first time in the teaching profession, working as trainee teachers, are required to obtain a professional certificate within 1 year from the date of employment.

The head of the state educational institution in which he works is responsible for the timely involvement of applicants in the professional certification process.

To participate in the control test, the applicant must register by filling out a form, personally contacting public service centers or through EPIGU (my.gov.uz).

There is no fee charged to the applicant for participating in the control test to obtain a professional certificate for the first time.

The control test for obtaining a professional certificate is carried out, as a rule, annually in March - May in the form of testing.

An applicant who scores 56 points or higher in the control test is considered to have passed the control test, and a certificate is sent to his personal account in electronic form.

An employment contract concluded with an applicant who took part in an extraordinary control test and did not score a sufficient number of points is terminated in the manner prescribed by labor legislation.
