The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered the prospectus of emission of the company.

In line with the document, the company will issue 10,127,692 ordinary shares with par value of 1,495 soums each. Total volume of emission exceeds 15.141 billion soums.

The shares of the issue will be placed on close subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares to new ones.

The company said that the part of shares at the size of 12.356 mbillion soums are paid on par value and the other part for 2.785 billion soums will be paid due to undistributed income of previous years.
