The company registered additional emission of shares for 623.272 million soums. Within the emission, the enterprise will issue 47,999 ordinary shares with par value of 13,000 soums each.

The shares will be placed on close subscription and transferred to the government.

According to the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan, the enterprise produced 2,968.9 tonnes of refined cotton oil in 2009 against 6,295.4 tonnes in 2008.

Production of refined soybean oil rose from 23,1 tonnes to 332,5 tonnes in the reporting period. Qoqon Yog’ Moy also producted 944.1 tonnes of Uzbekiston yogi oil in 2009 against 611,3 tonnes in 2008.
