Qishloq Qurilish Bank to sell 15% stake for US$28.75m
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Qishloq Qurilish Bank will realize its 15% stake for foreign investor for US$26.756 million.
According to the bank, the investors can acquire 479,278,772 shares of Qishloq Qurilish Bank. The market price of the package of the bank’s shares is US$28.756 million.
The price of one share of Qishloq Qurilish Bank is US$0.06. The shares will be realized via Uzbekistan Stock Exchange (UZSE).
The assets of Qishloq Qurilish Bank made up 4.24 trillion soums in 2015, which grew by 22.3% compared to the beginning of 2015.
Aggregate capital of Qishloq Qurilish Bank reached 431.9 billion soums in 2015.
