The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of shares on 14 December 2012.

According to the prospectus of emission, Qishloq Qurilish Bank will emit 1.669 billion shares with par value of 108.5 soums each. At the same time, the bank will place 1.66 billion ordinary shares and 9 million preferential stocks. Total sum of the issue makes up over 181.136 billion soums.

The bank said that shares will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares with par value of 102.5 soums to new ones with nominal value of 108.5 soums.

The difference between new and old par values at the size of 10.015 billion soums will be paid due to net income for 2013. The paid part of the emission on nominal value makes up 171.097 billion soums.
