Qishloq Qurilish Bank to place shares for 10.734bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Joint stock commercial bank “Qishloq Qurilish Bank” registered a prospectus of emission of the shares for over 10.734 billion soums.

The Center for coordination and development of the securities market registered the prospectus of emission of the Uzbek bank.

Within the emission, the bank will place over 90.017 million ordinary shares with par value of 119,75 soums each. The shares will be placed to Finance Ministry on closed subscription.

The bank said that the shares will be paid due to the sum, which was formed due to provided tax preferences.
