Net income of the bank rose 4.7 times to 5.014 billion soums in 2010. The shareholders directed 225 million soums or 4.5% of net income to dividend payment, while other part was directed to capitalization of bank and reserve fund.

According to the bank, number of ordinary shares makes up 1.491 million units and preferential shares – 9 million units.

The shareholders also decided to increase charter capital of the bank. In line with the decision, the charter capital will be raised to 200 billion soums, which will comprise of 200 million shares with par value of 100 soums.

Assets of Qishloq Qurilish Bank made up 1.027 trillion soums in 2010 against 379.299 billion soums in 2009. The loan portfolio jumped 2.4 times to 485.332 billion soums in 2010.

The bank’s liabilities rose from 311.996 billion soums in 2009 to 854.75 billion soums in 2010. The own capital grew 2.6 times to 172.09 billion soums in 2010 (67.303 bn soums in 2009).

According to the bank’s balance, the equity capital of the bank made up 154.707 billion soums, of which 152.873 billion soums fell to share of ordinary shares and 1.834 billion soums – to preferential shares.
