The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered the emission of shares of the company.

Within the emission, the company will emit 500,000 ordinary shares with nominal value of 2,200 soums each. Total volume of emission makes up 1.1 billion soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares with par value of 1,200 soums to new ones with nominal value of 2,200 soums.

The company said that the part of shares for 600 million soums are paid on par value and the other part for 500 million soums will be paid due to net income for 2010.
