Qarshi Yog’-Ekstratsiya to raise charter capital by 492.672m soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Qarshi Yog’-Ekstratsiya, an Uzbek-US joint venture in form of open joint stock company and producer of edible oil, will raise its charter capital.

The Center for securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission.

In line with the document, the company will emit 205,280 ordinary shares with par value of 2,400 soums each. Total volume of emission on par value will make up 492.672 million soums.

Al shares of this emission will be placed on closed subscription to the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan.
