Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Qanot Sharq airline launches regular passenger flights to Istanbul from two cities of Uzbekistan.
From 11 June, Qanot Sharq begins flights from Namangan to Istanbul. Flights will operate once a week on Tuesdays on Airbus A321 aircraft.
From 13 June, the air carrier will begin flights between Karshi and Istanbul. Flights will operate once a week on Thursdays on aircraft of the same type.
By the end of June, direct regular flights to Istanbul will be operated from eight cities of Uzbekistan: Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, Urgench, Nukus, Fergana, Namangan and Karshi.
Qanot Sharq Airlines plans to launch flights from Karshi in the near future in two more directions: Karshi - Moscow - Karshi and Karshi - St. Petersburg - Karshi.
