Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – On 13 March 2023, a delegation headed by the Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan Jamshid Urakov met with the head of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Mustafa Atayik and discussed the prospects for the development of the jewelry industry.

During the meeting, prospects, problems were discussed and areas of cooperation for the development of the jewelry industry in Uzbekistan were identified.

In particular, an agreement was reached on signing a bilateral memorandum and sending a delegation in April of this year, consisting of qualified jewelers, craftsmen, representatives of jewelry equipment manufacturing companies to Uzbekistan to study and provide practical assistance.
