Promising projects were discussed with representatives of Mangold Consulting GmbH

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The annual meeting of the Board of Governors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), which opens up great opportunities for business and foreign investors in our country, is attended by more than 2,000 guests from more than 70 countries, including representatives of foreign governments, heads of transnational corporations, international financial institutions and banks, as well as experts in the field of economics, investment and finance.

On 17 May, Minister of Economy and Finance Sherzod Kudbiev received the Chairman of the Board of Mangold Consulting GmbH K. Mangold within the framework of the meeting.

At the meeting, it was noted that today, due to the geopolitical situation between Uzbekistan and European countries, there are interruptions in supply chains. In this regard, a proposal was put forward to establish a joint working group.

The working group analyzed the prices associated with logistics and discussed such topical issues as the development of proposals to eliminate the problem, the development of transport logistics, the formation of mitigation measures for the economy, and also taking into account the rich experience of the German vocational training system, the development of cooperation in the field of increasing qualifications of Uzbek citizens at leading German enterprises and mutual exchange of experience.

“Uzbekistan is an investment-attractive country in Central Asia for Germany. I support cooperation between the companies of the two countries as much as possible,” stressed K. Mangold, Chairman of the Board of Mangold Consulting GmbH.

He also noted that the company is ready to provide support in the allocation of a loan in the amount of 500 million euros by the German KFW bank to support the budget of Uzbekistan.
