"PRO.Khinkali" in Tashkent - a new restaurant from the Family Garden holding and Arkady Novikov will open in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 15 September, in the heart of Uzbekistan - Tashkent, not far from the famous Alai market, the second joint project of the Family Garden restaurant holding and Arkady Novikov will open - a Georgian cafe at the level of the premium restaurant "PRO.Khinkali".

The authors of the concept are Arkady Novikov, founder of the Novikov Group, and Ervand Galstyan, owner of the Family Garden holding - more than 25 restaurants in Moscow, Sochi, Krasnodar and Tashkent. “PRO.Khinkali” is not their first joint project in Uzbekistan. Since 2021, the Italian restaurant “Syrovarnya” has been operating in Tashkent.

The new project is based on Caucasian traditions and unusual gastronomic combinations at affordable prices, but with high standards of service and a guarantee of quality. All dish recipes were brought by the chef from different parts of Georgia. At “Pro.Khinkali” you will be able to try hits of Caucasian cuisine in the author’s interpretation, from khachapuri and khinkali to ojakhuri and dolma.

You can sit in a spacious hall with 122 seats or on a large green summer veranda with 70 seats. The interior design of “PRO.Khinkali” was developed by DBA GROUP, whose portfolio includes more than 500 completed objects. The ethnic style of the interior immerses you in the atmosphere of Caucasian cordiality and hospitality - emotional, spicy and bright. Red motifs in the decoration and lots of greenery create a particularly cozy, authentic space. The restaurant has an open, lively kitchen with a khinkal workshop, which creates a special closeness to the guests, without boundaries or frames.

“Our goals for the development of the restaurant market in the CIS countries are quite ambitious - we are already building the third project, which we will open by the end of autumn, and are planning the next ones. Tashkent is becoming the gastronomic capital of Central Asia, with a developed restaurant culture and food culture in general. Most of our guests are local residents, but there are also many tourists from Russia and other countries,” emphasized Ervand Galstyan.
