Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Guangzhou took part in the 31st Guangzhou Fair, Dunyo news agency reported.

The exhibition featured more than 20 types of processed agricultural products, confectionery products produced in Uzbekistan and exported, as well as the tourism potential of our country.

The export potential of Uzbekistan was presented to Chinese companies and importers in general. At the same time, negotiations were held with the Deputy Secretary General of the Association of Imported Goods of the Chinese Province of Guangdong Wenxi Tan.

During the negotiations, an agreement was reached on the export of processed fruits and vegetables. In addition, the parties agreed to provide a discount on the stand at the Food2China Expo and the Guangzhou International Food and Ingredients Fair for participants of Uzbek companies on 21-23 September, as well as to establish cooperation between exporters, regional producers of our country and importers and retail chains of Guangdong provinces and Fujian.
