Procedures for providing subsidies, benefits and preferences to business entities to be improved

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Presidential Resolution “On additional measures to improve the procedures for providing subsidies, benefits and preferences to business entities” was adopted.

According to the Resolution, a procedure will be introduced for introducing subsidies, tax and customs benefits, as well as preferences (support measures) to business entities operating as a legal entity, depending on their rating level, according to which:

support measures will be provided to business entities with a rating level of “B” and higher in the following amounts in relation to the existing ones:

category "AAA" - 100 percent of the current size;

category "AA" - 90 percent of the current size;

category “A” – 80 percent of the current size;

category "BBB" - 70 percent of the current size;

category "BB" - 60 percent of the current size;

category “B” – 50 percent of the current size;

support measures for business entities from the date of registration of which 6 months have not passed, as well as those operating in areas classified in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, from 30December  2022 No. UP-287, will be provided in the current amount regardless of their rating level;

if the level of rating of business entities:

decreases – the provision of support measures will continue for 3 months;

increases – support measures will be provided in an amount corresponding to the new rating level, starting next month.

From 1 January 2025, maintaining a separate register on the “subsidiya.mf.uz” platform will be introduced, including the types, terms and procedure of support measures provided to business entities.
