Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – A resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On introducing into the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On additional measures for the widespread introduction of modern information technologies in the field of ensuring road safety” changes aimed at creating additional amenities for road users and improving the system of automated traffic control”.

From now on, vehicles with an expired insurance policy, as well as vehicles that have not passed technical inspection in a timely manner, are allowed to pass through the "green" corridors. Previously, such vehicles moved along the "red" corridors.

Earlier, at stationary traffic police posts, in order to ensure the unhindered movement of vehicles, a phased introduction of a system of "green" and "red" corridors was started.
